SKYLINE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LTD Consultant, Chris, and his team provided a scope of work, a design, a budget, and a timeline for the homeowners. After finalizing the plan for renovations, work on the kitchen began.

Renovation Work

As this renovation was a full kitchen remodel, the demo crew was directed to remove all components of the kitchen. The demo stage was a success, and no hidden surprises were revealed, so the team continued on with renovations. 
As the layout of the kitchen remained the same, there was no major rough-in work, except for some minor electrical work. Custom white shaker cabinets were put in place, countertops laid, and the new under-mount sink installed. The tiler installed a subway backsplash with gray grout and bullnose, making the tile ‘pop’ in the space. 
In this renovation, a few appliances were re-used (including the microwave, oven, and dishwasher), however, the Homeowners upgraded their refrigerator to a new Frigidaire model. Once appliances were installed, the final touches of space began to come together, the baseboards were installed, the kitchen sink faucet installed, the space was painted a new color, and floating wooden shelves hung.
