A Wellington Roof Replacement

The roof’s six skylights were leaking, certain areas of the roof structure needed repairing and, overall, the home required better protection from the elements. From there, it was decided that the skylights had to go. “My client didn’t really like the skylights, so, during the re-roofing, it was decided to just get rid of them”, explains Mark. 
While it was estimated that the project would take up to four weeks to complete, Mark and his team were able to present the homeowners with their updated home within just three weeks. Satisfied with the completed result and time-efficient project, it’s the aesthetics that have left a lasting impression, says Mark.
