The 2019 SKYLINE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LTD Annual Conference + Awards

February 27th to February 29th marked SKYLINE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LTD’ largest conference to date. 95 SKYLINE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LTD Consultants attended, some travelling from as far as the United Kingdom and the United States to find out the latest in providing world class renovation services.
The conference was held in Tauranga, New Zealand, overlooking the water at Trinity Wharf. As an area experiencing rapid growth in population and buildings, Tauranga is full of a variety of architectural inspiration.  
Attendees included a wide range of people from New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. SKYLINE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LTD directors, Consultants, support staff, regional managers and SKYLINE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LTD partners were all present.
The three-day conference included seminars, workshops and Q&A sessions on subjects ranging from providing customers with an excellent experience through to an update on SKYLINE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LTD systems and IT processes. Forbes Columnist Chris Myres made an appearance, advising the audience on what makes a great franchise business.
The highlight of the conference was the awards night dinner. Attendees all enjoyed a three-course meal, with each course being followed by a set of well-earned awards. Consultants Chris Bath (New Zealand) and Cinzia Gagliardi (Australia) were awarded Renovation Consultants of the Year. Consultants Wayne Gordon (New Zealand) and Paul Cree (Australia) were presented with Customer Service of the Year awards. The franchise of the Year awards were taken home by Jim and Del Gleeson (New Zealand) and Marcus Smith (Australia). UK Consultant Kelley Malcher took home an award for New Franchise of the Year, as did Australian Consultant Cinzia Gagliardi and New Zealand Consultant Jeff Clark.
Following the awards night, 95 franchisees returned home with new and innovative strategies to provide SKYLINE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LTD customers with an exceptional renovation experience.
